Red Donkey Puzzle

History: This puzzle was first patented in England in 1934 by John H. Fleming. However it had been around for some time with the same number and shapes of blocks. In France it had been produced as the ‘Red Donkey’ (L’Âne Rouge); in Poland it was known as ‘Klocki’ meaning wooden blocks; in Japan as ‘Daughter in the Box’ (Hakoiri musume). On the PC, it has appeared as Klotski and Forget-me-not and now on the iPhone.
