Flt.Sgt. Howard Charles BAKER He was born on 29th December, 1905 the son of William Burgess Baker and Violet Mary Baker in Ledbury. He enlisted in the RAF in 1924 as a carpenter/rigger. By 1937 he was a Flight-Sergeant and in 1941 he was posted to 103 M.U. in Aden where he died in action.
Gnr. Harry BARNETT Harry Barnett was the son of Peter and Bertha Barnett of Ledbury. He was married to Marjorie Annette Barnett of Ledbury.
Sgt. Obs. William Herbert BASTABLE Bill Bastable was the son of Herbert Arthur and Edith Ellen Bastable of Heaton Mersey, Lancashire. His mother came from Ledbury and returned here after her husband’s death in December 1943. Bill was actually born in Japan. He served in the R.A.F. Volunteer Reserve and was killed in the bombing raid on Bournemouth on the afternoon of Sunday 23rd May 1943.
Cpt. Edward Cyril BEVAN Edward Bevan was the son of Cyril John and Daisy Mabel Bevan of East View, Bridge Street,Ledbury. He married Constance Betty Mansell and the couple lived at 25, South Parade.
Dvr. William Sylvester BUTLER Bill Butler was born in 1916 the son of Ben and Sarah-Anne Butler of Ledbury. He left a wife, Suzanne.
A.B. Stanley A. CAFFULL Stanley Caffull served on HMS Cormorant. He was the son of James and Florence Caffull and husband of Barbara K. Caffull of Ledbury.

Flg.Off. Raymond George HARRIS Ray Harris was born on 29th April 1922 and his father G.Harris lived in Woodleigh Road.
Sgt. Eugene Douglas HIGGINBOTHAM Born on 10th May 1907, he was the son of Alfred Ernest and Mary Elizabeth Higginbotham and husband of Marjorie Ethel Higginbotham of The Homend, Ledbury.
A.B. Thomas HINDMARCH Son of Thomas and Henrietta Hindmarch; husband of Lillian Gertrude Hindmarch, of Ledbury.
Mne. Cyril KING Marine Cyril King was a member of No. 45 RM Commando unit. He was the son of Charles William and Eliza Rebecca King of Eastnor Cotthage, Worcester Road, Ledbury.
